Dr. Brooke R. Uptagrafft is an experienced family physician with over 16 years of practice. She currently practices at Innova Primary Care in Huntsville, Alabama, where she provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive health and wellness. Dr. Uptagrafft is dedicated to empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their health and quality of life.

Dr. Uptagrafft joined Gleneagles Family Medicine in 2011 after moving back to Huntsville from Birmingham where she attended Medical School at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed her residency at St. Vincents East Family Medicine Residency where she served as Chief Resident from 2010-2011. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Her special interests are in preventive health, nutrition, patient education and adolescent care.
