Dr. Douraid Abbas

Dr. Douraid Abbas has 9 years of experience in general surgery, having completed his MBBS in 2011 from University of Melbourne and his FRACS (General Surgery) in 2017. After completing his MBBS, Dr. Abbas worked as an intern at Royal Melbourne Hospital, gaining experience in both general medicine and surgical care. He then completed his specialist surgical training in general surgery, focusing on trauma surgery, abdominal surgery, and laparoscopic surgery. He became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2017 and has since worked as a consultant surgeon. He is currently based in Wagga Wagga, where he specializes in general surgery, including abdominal procedures, hernia repairs, gallbladder surgery, and trauma surgery.
