Dr. Edward Barui

Dr. Edward Barui has 11 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery, having completed his MBBS in 2010 from the University of Melbourne and his FRACS (Orthopaedics) in 2017. After completing his medical degree, Dr. Barui worked as an intern and resident at Royal Melbourne Hospital, where he gained extensive experience in general surgery and orthopaedic care.

Dr. Barui specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery, spine surgery, sports injuries, arthroscopic surgery, and fracture management. He has performed numerous hip and knee replacements and has expertise in minimally invasive spine surgeries. He is highly skilled in the management of sports-related injuries and arthroscopic procedures for joint issues.

Since moving to Wagga Wagga in 2018, Dr. Barui has provided comprehensive orthopaedic care to the local community, ranging from routine consultations to complex surgeries. He is also involved in trauma and fracture management, helping patients recover from orthopaedic injuries.

Dr. Barui has contributed to several orthopaedic research projects, particularly focusing on minimally invasive surgeries, knee and hip replacements, and spine care. His research has explored new techniques in joint replacement, improving recovery times for orthopaedic patients, and advances in spinal surgery.
