Dr. Emmy Okello is an experienced Cardiologist with over 12 years of expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing cardiovascular diseases. After completing his MD in Cardiology in 2009, Dr. Okello has been specializing in heart disease management, heart failure, interventional cardiology, and hypertension treatment. He has been working at Mulago Specialised Hospital, one of Uganda's leading healthcare facilities, for several years.
With 12+ years of experience, Dr. Okello has treated a wide range of cardiac conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular heart diseases. His expertise includes performing diagnostic tests like echocardiograms, electrocardiograms, stress tests, and heart catheterizations, as well as offering minimally invasive procedures such as angioplasty and stent placement.
