Dr. Jenna Besley

Dr. Jenna Besley has 12 years of experience in ophthalmology, having completed her MBBS in 2010 from the University of Sydney and her FRANZCO (Ophthalmology) in 2016. After completing her medical degree, Dr. Besley worked as an intern and resident at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, where she gained extensive experience in general medicine and ophthalmic care.

Dr. Besley specializes in cataract surgery, glaucoma management, retinal disease treatments, pediatric ophthalmology, and oculoplastic surgery. She is proficient in performing laser-assisted cataract surgeries, treating glaucoma with minimally invasive techniques, and managing retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration. Dr. Besley also has expertise in pediatric ophthalmology, particularly in managing strabismus (crossed eyes) and amblyopia (lazy eye).

Since relocating to Wagga Wagga in 2018, Dr. Besley has been providing comprehensive eye care to the local community, offering routine eye exams, advanced surgical procedures, and management of chronic eye conditions like glaucoma and macular degeneration.
