Dr. Jennifer Schenne is a highly experienced Family Medicine Physician with 29 years of clinical practice. She currently works at TMCOne – Rincon, Tucson, Arizona, where she provides comprehensive family healthcare services. Her expertise covers preventive screenings, women’s health, pediatrics, and chronic disease management such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular health. Dr. Jennifer Schenne is a family practice provider who believes that preventive medicine is the key to living a healthy life by avoiding chronic diseases. She takes a team approach to her relationships with patients. “I enjoy working with people as a team to discover health issues and to develop a plan to improve overall health,” she said. “Working together ensures that patients are empowered to talk about their medical concerns, and it helps them have a sense of control when it comes to their health.” Dr. Schenne has always been fascinated with the human body and its healing abilities. Her uncle, who was in family practice, inspired her to pursue a career in health care. “I shadowed my uncle for a while when I was in college,” she said. “It was such a great experience, I chose to go into the same field. Dr. Schenne grew up in Iowa. She went to Des Moines University for medical school then moved to Detroit for post-graduate training, where she completed a traditional internship, family practice residency and osteopathic manipulative medicine fellowship.
