Dr. Jocelyn Rikard-Bell has over 6 years of experience in general practice since completing her MBBS from the University of Sydney in 2015. After graduation, she completed her GP training on the NSW Central Coast before relocating to Bathurst in 2021 with her family. Dr. Rikard-Bell has since developed a keen interest in dermatology, skin cancer medicine, paediatrics, women’s health, and transgender health.
Dr. Rikard-Bell enjoys all aspects of general practice, particularly working with children, women, and patients seeking care for skin-related issues. She offers services such as skin checks, skin excisions, and minor procedures. Her approach to patient care is holistic and patient-centered, with a focus on preventive health and early intervention.
Dr. Rikard-Bell’s expertise in skin cancer medicine is complemented by her Advanced Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine, allowing her to conduct skin cancer screenings and excise suspicious lesions. She also has a Graduate Diploma in Paediatric Medicine, which enables her to manage a wide range of children's health concerns.
