Dr. John Remengesau

Dr. John Remengesau is an experienced Pediatrician with over 12 years of experience in providing comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents. After earning his MD from the University of Hawaii in 2010, Dr. Remengesau specialized in pediatrics and began his career with a strong focus on neonatal care and pediatric infectious diseases.

Dr. Remengesau has worked in both rural and urban healthcare settings in Angaur Village, offering a wide range of services such as routine check-ups, immunizations, and management of childhood illnesses. His holistic approach to child health involves educating parents about growth and development milestones, proper nutrition, and early disease prevention.

Dr. Remengesau has actively contributed to research in the field of pediatric care, particularly in neonatal health and child immunizations. His research has focused on improving vaccination rates and early childhood nutrition. Dr. Remengesau has collaborated with local health organizations to improve public health initiatives and increase access to pediatric care in Palau’s more remote areas.
