Dr. Lê Văn Hợp

Dr. Lê Văn Hợp has 12 years of experience in Ophthalmology, specializing in cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, retinal disorders, and laser eye surgery (LASIK). After completing his MD from Hanoi Medical University in 2009, Dr. Hợp began his specialization in ophthalmology and started practicing in 2012. Since then, he has worked at Điện Biên General Hospital and various private clinics, where he has gained expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Hợp is also skilled in performing laser eye surgeries (LASIK) to treat refractive vision problems such as myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism.

Dr. Hợp has actively contributed to research in ophthalmology, particularly focusing on retinal diseases, glaucoma, and laser eye surgery. His research has explored innovative treatments for glaucoma and the role of early screening for diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration. He has also studied advanced techniques in cataract surgery and the use of implantable lenses. Dr. Hợp’s findings have been published in Vietnamese medical journals, and he has presented his work at national ophthalmology conferences.
