He went on to pursue advanced specialist training and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (FRANZCO) in 2007. Dr. Chiang’s expertise covers cataract surgery, refractive laser procedures, glaucoma treatment, and retinal disease management. Over the last two decades, he has successfully performed thousands of eye surgeries, helping patients in Wagga Wagga and the Riverina region regain and protect their vision.
