Dr. Michael Kim has been practicing as a General Practitioner (GP) for over 17 years since completing his MB.BS (Hons) from the University of Sydney in 2004. After completing his internship and residency at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Dr. Kim earned his FRACGP (Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) in 2010 and his Diploma in Child Health (DCH) in 2008.
Dr. Kim has developed special interests in skin cancer checks, minor surgeries, and travel medicine. He is skilled in performing skin cancer screenings, mole removals, and minor surgeries such as biopsies and skin lesion excisions. He is Yellow Fever and Q-fever registered, providing vaccination services and health advice for individuals traveling to areas where these diseases are prevalent.
Dr. Kim also provides hormonal implant insertions and removals for contraception, as well as child health services, including immunisations and well-child checks. In addition, Dr. Kim focuses on sexual health and men’s health, addressing issues such as sexual dysfunction, STIs, and preventative care.
