He founded the Dr. Passos Angelo Radiological Diagnostic Center in Lisbon in 1948, which has been at the forefront of radiological services in Portugal. In 1977, he established the Dr. Passos Angelo Senology Center, a specialized department for breast pathology, which became one of the leading centers for breast health in the country.In 1999, Dr. Angelo expanded his work by founding the Dr. Passos Angelo Imaging Center, Ltd., which operates as a multidisciplinary clinic that provides services in various specialties, including gynecology, cardiology, oncology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, neurology, nutrition, and dentistry, with a particular focus on breast pathology.
