Dr. Richard Choe

Dr. Richard Choe is an experienced obstetrician and gynecologist with over 18 years of clinical expertise in managing women's health, pregnancy, and childbirth. After earning his Doctor of Medicine degree and completing his specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Hoeryong Medical University, he began his career at Hoeryong General Hospital, where he gained expertise in both routine and high-risk obstetric cases. Currently practicing at Hoeryong General Hospital, Dr. Choe specializes in prenatal care, labor and delivery management, gynecological surgeries, and women’s health. His patient-focused approach ensures comprehensive care for women at every stage of life, from adolescence to menopause. Dr. Choe also advocates for maternal health education and works with local health organizations to promote prenatal care and reduce maternal and neonatal mortality.
