Dr. Sakshi Uboweja has been actively involved in research focused on improving maternal health and addressing common gynecological concerns. She has participated in several clinical studies on the management of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and its impact on women's fertility. Dr. Uboweja's research on “The Role of Early Diagnosis in Preventing Complications of PCOS” explored how early intervention can reduce the risk of long-term health problems, such as infertility and metabolic disorders.

In addition to her work on PCOS, Dr. Uboweja has conducted research on optimizing post-operative care following gynecological surgeries, specifically laparoscopic procedures. Her study titled “Post-Surgical Recovery in Laparoscopic Hysterectomy: A Multicenter Study” was published in the Journal of Gynecological Surgery in 2021. The research focused on improving patient recovery times and minimizing complications associated with minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Uboweja is also researching the impact of stress on menstrual health and its correlation with irregular menstrual cycles. Her study, “The Link Between Psychological Stress and Menstrual Disorders,” has gained attention in both academic and clinical settings.

One of her well-regarded papers, “Managing PCOS: Early Diagnosis and Treatment Strategies,” was published in the Indian Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2020. This study emphasizes the significance of early diagnosis in reducing complications associated with PCOS and its role in improving fertility outcomes.

Another significant contribution, “Laparoscopic Surgery for Uterine Fibroids: A Comparative Study of Outcomes,” published in The Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery in 2019, delves into the advantages of using laparoscopic methods for fibroid removal, focusing on reduced recovery times and better post-operative outcomes for patients.

Additionally, Dr. Uboweja’s work on “Psychological Stress and Menstrual Irregularities: A Clinical Study,” which was published in the Journal of Reproductive Medicine in 2021, explores the relationship between emotional stress and menstrual health. Her research has provided valuable insights into the treatment of menstrual disorders, including hormonal therapies and stress-reduction techniques.
