Dr. Sam Hay is an experienced General Practitioner with a rich background spanning over 18 years in primary care. After completing his MBBS (Hons) from the University of Sydney in 2003, Dr. Hay served as a Regimental Medical Officer with the Australian Army, gaining valuable experience in high-pressure environments. He then pursued further qualifications in Sports Medicine, Paediatrics, and Family Planning to broaden his ability to care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Hay has worked across Sydney, providing general practice services to families, managing chronic conditions, and performing minor surgeries. He draws on his diverse medical background to approach patient care from a holistic perspective, focusing on preventative health strategies and encouraging an active lifestyle. His experience as a father of three also gives him a personal understanding of the challenges parents face, particularly in children’s health.
