He received his medical degree from University of Arkansas in Little Rock. He completed his residency at Oklahoma University-Tulsa Medical College. Dr. Scott Stinnett is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He as practiced for 16 years and is one of the founding members of Community Physicians Group in 1998.
