Dr. Min Han was born in Shanghai and overcame a major medical crisis and cultural challenges through self-learning and determination. He completed his undergraduate education at Peking University before earning his doctorate at UCLA, where he performed key research in molecular biology. After training at Caltech, he established a world-leading research lab at University of Colorado Boulder. His innovative approach spans developmental genetics, molecular mechanisms, metabolic networks, and host-microbe interactions, earning him global recognition and numerous academic honors. Through decades of mentorship and leadership, Prof. Han has transformed diverse research fields and trained future scientists in biomedical research.
