Excellent service . I recently had the pleasure of receiving care from this hospital for surgery. The inpatient department nurses were incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure I was comfortable and informed. The doctors were so compassionate, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain every step of my treatment in detail. Heartfelt thanks and love to my Dr. SAHAR. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire operation theater staff. From the moment I arrived for my surgery, I was treated with such kindness. The surgeons, anesthesiologists(Dr.Michel), nurses, and support staff all worked together seamlessly (Mumtas, Ann Maria and all other staffs…) , and it was clear that I was in the hands of true experts. My special thanks to Al Madallah Insurance staffs Ms. Sharmine and Ms. April, they are very co operative and accessible at anytime which I didn’t get from other facility. The way they deal with the customers are really appreciative. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped. Even during a stressful time, the entire team made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
