Established in May 1983, the Urology and Nephrology Center at Mansoura University is one of the largest facilities in the Middle East specializing in urological and nephrological care. It has pioneered techniques like neobladder construction and laparoscopic surgery. The center also serves as a hub for education, training, and research, 

• Urology: Diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract and male reproductive system disorders.​

• Nephrology: Comprehensive care for kidney diseases, including dialysis and transplantation services.​

• Pediatric Urology: Specialized care for urological conditions in children.​

• Radiology: Advanced imaging services, including CT scans and MRIs.​

• Laboratories: State-of-the-art diagnostic laboratories for accurate testing.

The center is committed to delivering world-class healthcare through innovative surgical techniques, evidence-based practices, and continuous research. It has hosted international collaborations, such as the first robotic cystectomy in Egypt. The facility includes an onsite animal laboratory for research and training purposes.
