Had a scheduled surgery here and found the experience pretty positive overall. Check in was smooth and everything was explained well. Waiting room before surgery was comfortable and the wait wasn’t too terribly long. Communication with loved ones was good as well and timed the check out process well. Staff was very friendly!

This is the best hospital in Chicago hands-down I will never go to another hospital but this hospital The doctors are amazing Dr. Gomez Dr. Rhonda, Ke Dr. Martin Dr Gustell all the residents my nurses were amazing Rachel James on the 6fl Becca in recovery after surgery Maddie, that prepared me for surgery The greeting you receive on the first floor when you prepare to enter the hospital is amazing. The nuclear department definitely deserve there flowers. They are so kind. They know that you’re nervous going into that big machine they ladies and the gentleman makes you feel safe they talk you through it they were amazing and outstanding. The ER is amazing super clean very attentive I appreciate everyone who took care of me at a time when I needed it the most thanks for your service your patience, and being professional . π
