I visited today hospital for check up of my mother. Dr Fatima examined and brief us properly. But the staff sitting on emergency counter was not interested to welcome patient professionally what was expected from him. He was sitting putting one leg on other and more interested in watching match on TV. He throw the slip on table rather giving in my hand. User name was written as Waseem. Most probably this is his name. Administration should ask him to change his behaviour.
