With the aim of aligning and consolidating the efforts made in the field of People of Determination care, and as per the directives of the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan (may his soul rest in peace),The Late H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan ,( (may his soul rest in peace) , issued, during his tenure as Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, the Law No. (2) dated April 19, 2004, establishing Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (ZHO) in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, as an umbrella for all humanitarian bodies, social services, people of determination institutions and any future bodies established in Abu Dhabi for humanitarian goals. The Amiri decree No. (7), for the year 2014, has been issued, on 29/05/2014, forming a new Board of Directors for Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, chaired by H.H. Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan. 

ZHO enjoys full financial and administrative independence and is run by its Board of Directors of 7 to 11 members. ZHO performs its activities as per the plans and directives of its Board to achieve its goals. The General Secretariat of the Organization takes all necessary actions and measures to ensure ZHO’s efficient functioning. All ZHO’s Centers and clubs are contributing to achieving the noble goals, showing a keen interest in this segment of society.

We are working at the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination to provide an advanced services for people of determination and invest our resources and energies in a positive environment to enable them educationally, functionally, culturally and socially in line with their abilities and aspirations towards effectiveness of community roles and to achieve a social development.
