Located at Nyängsvägen 3A in Tullinge, Aleris ASIH Botkyrka offers advanced home-based healthcare to adults (18+) residing in Botkyrka Municipality. Care is provided 24/7 by referral from other healthcare providers . The team operates via a multidisciplinary approach—including physicians (with palliative specialists), nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants, chaplains, and coordinators—and aims to optimise patient involvement, safety, and quality of life
