I arrived at a busy time, but I was thoroughly listened to and treated. My concerns were addressed and I was thanked for my patience. The staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and warm. I was done in about two hours, which I consider to be appropriate given the volume of other visitors, which was about 5 before me and continued to be busy after I was seen, based on the waiting room as I left. This was in the winter, when flu was rampant.

I came in with a sudden onset rash. I was meeting my grandchildren. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t contagious. The staff and the nurse practitioner took great care of me and I was in and out in time to only be a little late to see them. They were so kind and knowledgeable.
