1. Located in Yio Chu Kang area. Not close by to MRT stations or major bus lines. So not really convenient for those without their own personal transport.
Sufficient parking spaces for the visitors. The parking charges are reasonable.
The staffs were extremely stretched, so it was an amazing job well-done for the staffs given the limited resources, moreover, to manage some of the difficult patients, it must have been both mentally and physically challenging for the staffs.
The environment was quiet, good for recovery for the patients. The place was kept clean too.
2. On behalf of my father (3304), I would like to thank all the nurses, Doc Ethan, OT and Physio team who had cared for him for the past 2 months. His needs were well taken of, was generally comfortable, and I am glad that he would be able to walk, with aid, after a long but necessary period of rehab. He actually quite likes the meals, especially the fish porridge.
