Since fiscal 2007, our hospital has been fully covered by the Local Public Enterprise Law, and hospital operations are based on a management plan that is formulated every four years.
Previous management plans have been the "Reform Plan," "New Growth Plan," "Second Phase New Growth Plan," and "Challenge Plan." The new plan that began in fiscal 2023, the "Second Phase Challenge Plan - Towards a Post-COVID Era," continues the previous plan and is based on the safe provision of advanced, specialized, and policy-based medical care, while also flexibly responding to work style reforms for medical staff, including doctors, and new projects to combat emerging infectious diseases, which are being added to the five diseases and five projects, taking into account the medical and social environment.
