1. Without a doubt, attention times can improve. Patient demand is very high, so go early. They usually see me in 5 hours, between refraction and anterior segment. I have attended this hospital since I was a child and over these (many) years it has expanded and modernized. Service has also improved a lot. Let's hope that in the future they can have more doctors for as many patients and also improve waiting times.

2. Last week I accompanied my dad to a medical study, which had already been scheduled by APEC Las Américas, so we entered through door 2. Upon entering, they asked for our ID and scanned the barcode that comes right there. Afterwards we were able to go to the cash registers to pay, the line at that moment seemed very long but the truth is that everyone passes super fast. From there we went to the cornea, which is where my dad had to do the study. Once we were in the cornea room, we first went to the window that says "cornea appointments" and they asked us for the payment ticket and the card, which stays there because they will call you with that. My dad was announced over the microphone and I was able to enter the studio with him, I loved that because we have been to the hospital of light and they do not allow entry with a companion unless the patient is elderly or something like that , but here yes 😃. When we left the study, they returned our card and told us that the results would be uploaded to the system... In general, APEC Coyoacán seemed very good to me, organized, fast, I loved that the people who go to the consultation have a screen that shows the name of the person next and they put it in blue and then in red, that seemed like an excellent idea and I have not seen it in any other hospital in sight. All the signs are in good-sized, large font, for obvious reasons, and the prices are very affordable.
