Recently, my father had to go through the heart surgery at the Apex Heart Institute, and we are extremely satisfied with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. The hospital environment was clean, well-organized, and designed with patient comfort in mind. The cardiology team (Mehul Sir and his team) displayed exceptional expertise and took the time to explain every step of the diagnosis and treatment process in a clear and reassuring manner. The nursing staff deserves special mention for their kindness and dedication.
