I was treated kindly and respectfully by all, when I had to go to ER with urgent condition. I stayed overnight and was given support I needed in addition to medical treatment. Staff listened to my unique situation. The doctor gave me new advice to control my condition, which has been difficult for me. He answered my questions I wrote out (not too many). Sometimes a patient never knows what they're going to get when in the hospital. Arbor Health Morton Hospital was fantastic. I appreciate that, when I'm ill and scared. Thank you! I apologize for not recalling names except for Dr. Hines in hospital and Dr. Lee in ER. But kudos to all nurses and staff.
