I had a great experience at artios hospital. The doctors and nurses were kind, professional, and took good care of me. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The hospital was very clean and organized. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointments, and the staff was helpful throughout. The billing process was easy to understand, and there were no hidden charges. I recently visited Artios Hospital for a general physician consultation and had a smooth experience at the OPD counter for patient registration. The attendee efficiently guided me through the process. I was impressed with Dr. Malaik, our general physician, who was not only knowledgeable but also humble and courteous. The prescribed medication was effective within two courses, which was a welcome surprise.
However, I did experience some chaos at the medicine store, where there seemed to be no number system in place and the staff appeared undertrained. As a result, each patient had to wait for over 25 minutes to collect their medication, which was disappointing and not what I expected from a hospital of this standard.
Overall, while the medical consultation was excellent, the hospital could improve its pharmacy services to reduce wait times and enhance the overall patient experience.----------------------Palak Parkar
