Established in 1957, Asfandyar Bukhari District Hospital (formerly known as DHQ Hospital Attock) is a major public healthcare facility located on Kamra Road in Attock, Punjab, Pakistan. The hospital was renamed in 2016 to honor Captain Syed Asfandyar Bukhari Shaheed, a national hero who sacrificed his life during a counterterrorism operation at PAF Camp Badaber in 2015. ​
