From the ER, you will not feel intimidated or not welcome at all unlike most of hospitals that you can sense that they don't want you there. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of care from every member of the staff. The nurses were absolutely amazing. They were not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly kind and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, and they made me feel like I was their top priority. Whether it was checking on my daughter throughout the day and night. The doctors were also outstanding. They were very knowledgeable and experienced, and they took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand
