The Astana Achrafieh Health Center, also known as the Amel Association International's primary health unit, was established in Achrafieh, Karm El Zeitoun area in Beirut, Lebanon, in April 2021. It was set up in response to growing health needs following the Beirut explosions and the socio-economic situation, as well as expressed needs from the affected populations and related actors.
