I visited EC on yesterday, and I want to sincerely thank the entire ER department workers that worked on February 7, 2025 night shift and February 8, 2025 day shift. I want to personally thank Ally, RN; Cali, RN; and Dr. Holder for their great care of me and professionalism. These kind of workers make patients want to return here when they experience a health emergency. They sincerely and truly listened to my healthcare concerns and created a plan of care specialize for my needs. If you visit here, please don't get discouraged, but be patient with the entire EC staff because the workers are extremely busy and this is largest hospital in Macon, GA. Thank you all and please keep up the great work.

i went into the ER yesterday, i waited at most for about 20/30 minutes as expected, i was there for MAYBE 3/4 hours, they ran tests and were very attentive and helpful. everyone i interacted with from the registration person to the Dr was very friendly. I used to go to Houston medical so i expected to be there all night, nope! i was out of there by 5:30 and got there around 2:30-3. i was shocked at how fast they got me seen and found out my diagnosis. everyone was great. would definitely go again!
