A family member ended up here in the ER. The entire staff was so kind and understanding. From the moment we walked in, the security person was very nice to us, the next stop, the check-in person was nice. I cannot give enough praise to Dr. Kastner and RN Chelsea for the attention given to our loved one. They were very personable and knowledgeable and provided us with such good information.
