Shukokai was established in 1984 as a hospital for examination and treatment of strokes. Stroke requires not only acute treatment immediately after onset, but also effective rehabilitation to improve motor paralysis and aphasia caused by stroke. In addition, maintaining function after returning home is essential, so treatment alone is not enough. Our hospital has four neurosurgeons on staff to handle emergency and surgical cases. In addition, in terms of rehabilitation, we enhance recovery functions with functional training schedules according to the length of hospitalization in a specialized rehabilitation ward. In addition to medical care, we also provide the necessary nursing care for home life after discharge.
