I am very satisfied with the blood collection team at Bagoly Health Center! I had a blood collection this morning and was greeted by three ladies – all of them were very kind, attentive and empathetic. From the very beginning, they created a calming atmosphere, talked to me and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I was able to hold one of their hands during the blood collection, which helped me a lot to stay calm. After the examination, I was also given glucose and water, which was very nice. I am grateful to them for this loving care! I recommend it to everyone, especially those who are afraid of blood collection – I truly received person-centered care here.
