Established in 1969, the Bagong Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center (OMMC) is a non-profit, tertiary, general, and training hospital operated by the City of Manila. It serves as the laboratory hospital for health science students of PLM and caters primarily to residents of Manila's 5th district, including Malate, Ermita, Intramuros, Port Area, San Andres, and southern Paco. In June 2022, a new 10-story facility was inaugurated, enhancing its capacity and services.​
