I never went to Bros before. Because my husband had ACL injury, then I searched the best Sport Orthopedic, & he practiced at Bros.
We have undergone one month journey, pre surgery, surgery, & post surgery.
All I can say, that everything was amazing. The staff (doctor, nurse, reception, therapist) are very friendly & helpful, never disappointing.
Dr. Wien & Bli Agung physiotherapist are the best.
With routine physiotherapy (3x a week) & doctor visit 1x / week, after 1 month ACL surgery, my husband is no longer use the crutches & has speed recovery. He will keep doing the physiotherapy but at another city where he works.
The mobile apps Bros is very helpful, we can check the queue. Yes, Dr Wien has a lot of patients, a long queue, because he’s the best, so use your apps to check for your queue.
Another tips, after book by Bros apps, use the machine outside, just scan the barcode, so you don’t have to wait for the reception. But it’s not yet valid for the physiotherapy
