No excessive wait times, professional, friendly staff, the most thorough exam I've had in over 20 years in the VA system, and a wonderful check out person who insured my next appointments were scheduled before I left the clinic. One appointment that could not be immediately scheduled was scheduled by a call back with hours of me leaving the clinic. This experience alone makes so happy we moved to the Bangor area.
