Dr. Risner in emergency did a great job of relieving the pain I was experiencing at the time of my visit which was last night 2/9/24. I am so pleased with the care I received while I was there. Thank you to the entire ER staff.

My condition for this emergency room visit was because a very mild chainsaw cut to my left thigh. Being former military I knew how to perform basic bandaging and I was very calm considering what it was. I believe because I was so calm I wasn’t rushed straight back to a room. I was in the waiting room for about 20 minutes before being called back. My nurse Raven and her trainee was absolutely wonderful. I could tell right away they were very knowledgeable. The doctor on duty was great. He did everything possible to make me comfortable and took the time to make sure I understood what my condition was and the steps they was going to take to help me which meant a lot to me considering I didn’t know the severity at this point. I’m so glad I had them on duty when I was there. Thank you guys so much and I would definitely recommend this hospital based on my experience. I hope others have the same.
