Barbourville ARH Hospital, part of Appalachian Regional Healthcare since 2015, is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Knox and Bell counties in Kentucky. The hospital features private rooms, a full-service emergency department, ICU, cardiac rehab, behavioral health, pharmacy, and skilled nursing swing beds. It operates six clinics and both retail and specialty pharmacies, providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services to the community
