We provide care in the areas of psychiatry, primary care, geriatrics, advanced home healthcare, somatic specialist care, habilitation and assistive devices. Together, we have just over 11,200 employees. The focus, content and remuneration of the various activities are regulated in more detail in agreements with the Health and Medical Services Board (HSN), in accordance with the Stockholm County Council (SLL) provider model.

In collaboration with Karolinska Institutet, SLSO conducts research and education in general medicine, psychiatry, addiction care, child and adolescent psychiatry and public health.
