My father is in the behavioral unit and this is the best hospital hands down. The nurses, social workers, and receptionists are the sweetest and most caring people. Iv seen a lot of mental hospitals and this by far is the best one my father has been too. They reach out to us when needed, give us updates, and even pay a lot of attention to my father and feel as they really do care for him through this rough time. I know it can be a difficult job but they are the best ones by far!!

Chalonda, the receptionist, was very professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable being my first time here. I also admire her keen mind and personality towards me and each patient. I thought Lisa (who has a sense of humor) and Brittany (who is direct but tactful) were fantastic nurses. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Niyah from labs was sweetheart, professional, and very helpful. I'd highly recommend Baton Rouge General Outpatient Wound Clinic.

The best experience I’ve ever had at any hospital. The staff is phenomenal from housekeeping to the nurses and doctors. Everyone is attentive, informative, caring and loving. They made my mom stay so comfortable. I was kept in the loop about everything that was going on with her. Very thorough. There’s just not enough words that can describe our stay.
