Placing my mom in Senior Behavioral at North Baldwin Infirmary was one of the most difficult decisions when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Within days I saw why this unit was recommended for her care. The level of compassion, respect, and attention she was given gave me great comfort as I was three hundred miles away. I would especially like to thank Janet for taking the time to provide updates on my mom and for her support and advice on navigating this horrible disease. I am incredibly thankful to all the nurses for their exceptional care during my mom’s treatment.

My last er visit to this hospital was great and the time before that as well. The front desk staff is very considerate and quick to get you to the back to get checked out. The nursing staff, techs, NP's and doctors take care of you a , answer your questions , run the test to make sure your ok or to see if you need anything else. I would return back to this Emergency and Hospital. This is one of the good Emergency Rooms if you care about your health. Very caring staff and clean facility
