1. Me and my boyfriend went to this hospital whilst staying in Nha Trang, he had abdominal pains for a few days. When we arrived, it was an easy process of checking in and finding the correct department. We had a consultation with the doctor, who was lovely and very helpful. The doctor herself didn’t speak much english, but we had a translator called Hannah who was amazing. She made sure we understood everything and the process. All the staff in the hospital were really friendly, constantly smiling. The prices were reasonable, he had bloods, an ultrasound, medication and a consultation, the total cost was £83. The service was a lot quicker than what we would receive at home in England. We got the blood results the following day due to going later on in the day and the clinic closing shortly. The ultrasound results got explained to us straight after having it done. I would highly recommend going here as a traveller if needed.
2. Thank you to all the staff (reception, nurses, drs and translator). We came here for my son with food poisoning concerns after a few days of symptoms. Ultrasound and blood test determined infection and treatment was prompt. We were very happy with the attention and treatment provided and putting us at ease to catch our plane home in 2 days back to Australia. Very happy to recommend.
