Bentolhoda Hospital, also known as Bint Al-Huda Private Hospital and Maternity Hospital, was established in 1958 by the late Dr. Motamedi. Located on Bahar Street in Mashhad, it was the first private hospital in the holy city, initially focusing on modern medical services, particularly childbirth and postpartum care. After the Islamic Revolution in 1978, the hospital came under the supervision of the Revolutionary Veterans Foundation. However, by 1999, the hospital's service level declined below the standard of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. In 2000, the hospital was transferred back to the private sector under the leadership of Dr. Mohammad Reza Amirhassankhani, a surgeon and ophthalmologist. Under his guidance, the hospital underwent significant improvements and has since become one of the premier private medical centers in Razavi Khorasan Province.
