Brahehälsan in Eslöv is accredited according to Hälsoval Skåne and is run by Praktikertjänst AB since 2011.

Brahehälsan originally started in Löberöd in the old provincial doctor's villa at Storgatan 27 and was named after Anna Brahe who founded Löberöd Castle in the 17th century. In September 2011, a branch office was opened at Kvarngatan 8 in Eslöv, which quickly grew into a full-scale health center with all competencies and has been a separate unit since 2014. Here we have specialists in general medicine, ST and AT doctors, district nurses, physiotherapists, psychologist, counselor, rehabilitation coordinator, occupational therapist, dietitian as well as medical secretaries and assistant nurses. We also have a BVC clinic in the building and specialist nursing clinics in the areas of diabetes, elderly care, wound care and asthma/COPD.

Our ambition is to create good primary care for our patients with a high level of knowledge, good accessibility and continuity. Part of our work to achieve this is that we work based on the principle that complaints should be taken care of by the profession that is best suited to assess and treat them. This is done via an assessment by telephone or our digital service directly to the best suited professional group. We have close cross-professional collaborations between therapists involved in common patient cases.

Through our digital service, we are also a so-called "digital physical" healthcare center with the possibility of video calls and chats with our own patients.
