I saw Dr. Hsu for my top surgery just yesterday, and wanted to share my experience. At this facility, their mission is absolutely to ensure the health, safety, and happiness of their patients. Throughout all of my appointments, I received a high level of respect and care that I have never received elsewhere. Dr. Hsu and her team are absolutely phenomenal, and I felt genuinely heard and understood through every step of the process. I was permitted to record every consultation that I requested, (I had to travel a long distance) which speaks to their level of professionalism. Everyone was incredibly communicative and personable.
