Butler Hospital is a private, non-profit psychiatric and substance abuse hospital located at 345 Blackstone Boulevard, Providence, Rhode Island. Founded in 1844, it is Rhode Island’s first exclusively mental health hospital and is affiliated with the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
