Dr. Muzzi and team, provided excellent preparation and care during and after a scheduled knee replacement surgery,.including taking special steps to avoid her vertigo issue. Thank you, thank you! Unfortunately, we ended up staying longer than expected due to a unrelated issue. The hospital RN, Bryan and the day staff provided great service and care, explained in detail what to expect and how to go about making things go easy for her. Everyone was kind and friendly including the support staff, PT staff, IV checker, the escorts, trainees, cleaners, etc. I would recommend you use this team, because they cared. No really, they do. π€

I don't mind waiting for good care, and that's what I've gotten visiting this ER! My first time, a couple years ago, I had barely a wait, a smiling nurse and doc that listened to me, told a few jokes, and totally put me at ease. I was in a lot of pain. I found myself needing them again a couple of days ago. Yes, I experienced a wait, but I wasn't the only one needing a doctor. Yes, in my mind, I was grumbling at them to hurry up. I'm human. I just really appreciate their help. In Feb I had sepsis and the ER 4 miles from me sent me home, next day my doc told them to admit me. They kept me in the ER strapped to a gurney and the nurses were not professional to say the least. I'll take a 25 min drive and wait over that!!
